Ken Eichler

Ken has served in ministry for 50 years, holding multiple positions, including lead and executive pastor, and has planted three churches and was the Director of Standing Stone Ministry - a care shepherding team designed to initiate safe, trusted, and confidential relationships lasting a lifetime at no cost to the ministry leader or their organization. Standing Stone currently serves over 5,000 ministry leaders and their spouses in the United States and 34+ nations.

Ken founded Shepherd Care International and is building a global team of passionately gifted men and women to train and resource Christian organizations worldwide to strengthen their ministry leaders’ emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual health for increased ministry longevity and mission success.

Ken holds a Master’s degree in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Counseling from Denver Seminary.
